Dòng vang trắng Chardonnay Carly's Cuvee 2015 được làm từ chính những vườn nho đó. Được sản xuất theo phong cách malolactic, với một chút hương vị của gỗ sồi và mùi tươi của trái cây nhiệt đới, thoang thoảng vị mật ong và cam quít chín – mang lại cảm giác thơm mát và cân bằng khi thưởng thức, dòng vang trắng này dễ thưởng thức với các món ăn khác nhau như hải sản, gan ngỗng, phomai và cá hồi xông khói. 

The 2015 Carly's Cuvee was made from a selection of Chardonnay vineyards. Made in a partial-malolactic style, with only light oak influence, this lovely multi- layered Chardonnay will please people looking for a wine that enhances food and holds its own out on the patio. Carly Hill is the daughter of Doug and Darci Hill, and her contributions to Hill Family Estate are honored with this beautiful wine. Recently married, she is now working as a nutritionist in San Diego, and helps with the family business.

Winemaker Alison Doran's tasting notes: 

The 2015 Carly's Cuvee Chardonnay presents fresh and bright aromatics of tropical fruit, melon and hints of fig. The entry is honeyed with ripe citrus, light peach and well-integrated nuttiness and a touch of mineral. A rich, full mid-palate with balanced acidity draws out into a long finish.
